Thermal imaging Is quickly becoming one of my most important tools as a home inspector. It has helped me to find problems on homes that otherwise would have been completely unnoticed. A few weeks ago, I discovered a beehive in the wall of a home that otherwise would have been completely invisible. Here is a video explaining the discovery and showing the removal of the bees.
